I am not doing anything, not buying not selling, happy with my first position that is share price positive and also received the dividend.

Westpac is trading at the lower end of its 10 year trading history. Banks are cyclical, the time to avoid in my opinion (or sell) is when they are trading on cyclical highs.
Market is forecasting roughly stable earnings, and those earnings are not 'expensive' given current share prices.
Dividend pay out ratios are more conservative than in times gone by.
Overall reasonable value and happy to hold my position and just wait and see.
