Great work Shonan Trader. I am bearish the market overall also. I am short WBC. They will report tomorrow and no doubt the commentary from the company will be tough conditions persist and will be forecast to continue next year. Low growth environment particularly in NSW with nearly all medium sized builders having gone broke.
The stock price has had a good run from $20 to where it is now. It would be tough to go much higher and is more likely to retrace in line with the financial index indicators.
Tomorrow will set the trend for Westpac. See what happens.
