On the 22 March 2021 WBCPF will be redeemed meaning that for each unit ($99.85 current price) the bank will pay $100 face value. Will holders of WBCPF be offered new hybrids at new rates or do we just have to buy other listed hybrids or wait for the next hybrid bonds to be launched??
Appreciate any insight that I can be given as it seems in the final months of these bonds one has to weigh very closely the fully franked divi income gained against the slow depreciation of the bond to face value.
