Oil is likely to move upward with Iran firing missiles at the USA... I think WBE has a big chance to benefit greatly from this.
Fundamentals are lining up nicely with the technical side.
Showing a breakout from the descending resistance on the 1hour chart. Support at 1.1c and 1.2c. RSI looks like this has more to give.
