Apparently, there are 2 other companies other than Crossbar, Weebit Nano, and the big names in the RERAM space.
The one I found out of an article someone posted here today is British and they have a few patents already licensed.
It's a spin-out of the UCL ( University Colege London) in England, and they use Silicon diOxide instead of Silicon Oxide for their product and memory solution. They are privately held and by the looks of it, they seem to also have a working product.
