Good article on Apple and their SoC development activities, which interestingly, includes a lab in Israel.
I believe Coby has stated that an iPhone shipped with TSMC reram which makes sense given their manufacturing with TSMC. They would therefore be well placed to compare performance and power of TSMC reram with WBT reram if provided a 22nm demo chip recently received from GF?
If its a better performer in their product, Im sure it wouldn't take Apple long to get WBT reram sitting on the IP supermarket shelf at TSMC...
