Expect a big volume will be closed out on the closing tnite
Index funds reducing their holdings of WBT in the ASX300 based on price/ market cap change since last rebalance 6 months ago
These same funds will have lent out their stock to shorters and will sell into the market to meet their index ratios
Without any other competition the shorters can clear their position by doing a contra deal with the index funds selling down
The shorters have managed to keep the price well suppressed to achieve their aim at maximum profit
Suspect we will move into a different mode from next week as shorters will not be able to rely on this method of closing out for at least 6 months
