I did expect a bigger washout on the rebalance date

This is consistent with moving out of an index or weights having changed significantly

That assumes if course that all is done transparently eg no off market activity

Interesting to see what the short wash up is over the next week or so

Either way WBT is in the ASX 300 for at least 6 months, so index rebalancing won't be a way for shorters to lock in profits

I am optimistic that WBT now have a better period in front of them to consolidate their commercialisation position.

The risk to shorters now gambling on no positive announcements is dimishing
