Together with its partner imec in Belgium, Intrinsic's RRAM devices have been successfully scaled to dimensions of 50 nanometres and have demonstrated excellent switching behaviour...
Intrinsic seems to be pursuing a similar technology approach to Weebit.
"Intrinsic’s memristor technology will transform next generation systems by combining high performance with ease of integration in digital CMOS. By
basing our devices on silicon oxide, we ensure that they are as simple and as cheap to integrate with silicon-based electronics as it is possible to be."
On the latest announcement they look to be well behind Weebit. And with deeper pockets Weebit should be able to increase the gap. Intrinsic closed a 1.35m pound seed funding round in Mar 2021.
