eMemory license their reram from Panasonic as per the article posted.

Weebit Reram does not need any exotic materials, just plain old silicon, near dram speeds, thousands of times (I think 10s of thousands of times) as much write cycles as flash, 10 years plus retention at 185 C, x1000 times lower power consumption than flash, significantly cheaper than flash and much easier to manufacture..
Yes other players.. even much much bigger players have their version reram but from my research, none of them come close in regards to performance specs or how easy it is to manufacture
