Your comments fit with that matrix of foundries and node sizes that I posted earlier (below again), where there are 8 foundries using 130nm, and 15 (all but one) making chips at nodes between 130nm down to 28nm. For the smaller nodes of 22nm and below, there are only 5 players, below 12nm only 3 players. So there should be plenty of interest since our ReRAM works at 130nm, 28nm and 22nm (and I think either 90nm or 110nm was mentioned in the past).
