DB signed because they don't have eNVM (e.g. Flash) and their customers are asking for it... (Think I heard that) . so even these "legacy" nodes (130nm) should result in WBT customers very quickly.
GF have MRAM, so the battle for customers a will be hard fought, price will be critical.
