I'm only guessing because I didn't compile that image. The figure caption refers to "ReRam products", so maybe they are putting the ReRam and node size in the box of the year they think they have, or will, first appear(ed) on the market, (so qualified, tested etc). I'm just happy WBT is being shown in the company of these semiconductor tech giants. E.g. TSMC is a top 10 largest companies worldwide, by market cap.
