Integrated Device Manufacturers - Top 10

    • Samsung As above Intel 2019 announced that both RRAM (TaOx) and MRAM are production-ready on their 22FFL platform. Potential for MRAM to be used as L4 cache. Little news on RRAM since 2019 where 7.2Mb arrays were tested. Rumour has it that Samsung is not interested in ReRAM due to the lack of differentiation to customers. Maybe Weebit can change their mind? Dropped 3D X-Point due to cost.
    • Intel sold its NAND memory business to SK Hynix. Intel has exited from most of the CMOS memory product space, concentrating on logic architecture instead due to the commoditization of memory. Given up? Or the perfect opportunity for Weebit Nano? Weebit would need to convince Intel that SiOx is worth pursuing over their internal products & worth re-entering the memory space. Considering Dadi's previous history & contacts at Intel, it should be assumed they are attempting to partner with Intel. Big win if achieved.
    • SK Hynix Previously working with HP 10 years ago to release ReRAM, never launched. over 700 patents. Still actively developing PCRAM, STT-MRAM & ReRAM. Weebit would need to prove their technology is better for a partnership
    • Micron As above
    • Texas Instruments Purchased Micron's 3D Xpoint fab, but no plans to produce 3D Xpoint, instead equip the fab for the production of analog and embedded processors on the 65nm and 45nm nodes
    • Western Digital / Sandisk WD has ReRAM from both SanDisk and licensed from Rambus. (Rambus purchased the ReRAM IP of Unity Semiconductor in 2012 for$33M) Infineon Utilizing TSMC ReRAM already. Weebit would need to prove their product is better.
    • STMicroelectronics - ReRAM Available today on their embedded products @28nm, 32Kb. Vague details available, probably using OxRAM, Weebit aims to compete on price.
    • NXP Jointly developed MRAM with TSMC, likely to be using TSMC's ReRAM already Analog Devices
    • Sony Announced in 2013. Partner with Micron…...."Sony plans 16Gb ReRAM chips in 2015 @ 20nm" …...."Sony to aims to commercialize 128GB and 256GB ReRAM drives in 2020 ... Sony announced that it is accelerating its RRAM ("Cross Point ReRAM")". Was supposed to be in PlayStation 5. Was supposed to be released 2020. But zero news. Sony ReRAM memory element is made of Copper Tellurium alloy. Viking purchased chips from Sony, but does not appear to be currently available. Sony is the manufacture for Avalanche STT-MRAM
