That is why it is imperative that WBT get those agreements over line ASAP , what worries me, is these Fabs have deep pockets that go on forever , ReRAM is validated now to replace Flash , I believe all other competitors their ReRAM is made from other materials and not Fab friendly, if that is correct it make me feel much more confident about my investment. Is WBT ReRAM patent based on Silicon Oxide which is why it is Fab friendly and does not require retooling? Can anyone verify this ?
