Test yes obviously, build? The announcement says demonstrated i.e., already works. and allows for aka facilitates 3D stacking.
Obviously there is testing time required to get to higher densities, do I think its 10 years away - no way. Maybe 4-5 years.
Probably right in the sweet spot for SCM use cases to which atm there isn't many. As with all memory, it will come down to cost per bit to replace the incumbent technology which specifically WBT ReRAM has a massive advantage.
