    Interesting paper about the current status of the underlying sub-trends in ReRam research studies.

    Note that fig 5 shows "top 5" journals based on numbers of papers about ReRam. According to my records, WBT authors have recently published papers in three of these journals (IEEE Electron Device Letters (2023) Advanced Electronic Materials(2022)(2021) Applied Physics Letters(2022)). This confirms in my mind that WBT are publishing in the most relevant (topical) journals.

    Note too they say in the conclusion
    "Further analysis of the yearly variation in research keywords shows that ReRAM research is in the Maturity stage, and the NA community is on the uptrend due to growing interest in using ReRAM for neural network systems."

    I guess this "maturity stage" status more or less fits with WBT's messaging that ReRam development has now moved to the commercialisation stage.

    Also for those that are interested, the conclusion mentions some review articles on ReRam, as cited in refs [31]-[40].
