I asked Coby about this topic back in June and that was his answer:
"Yes, we are aware of Intrinsic and their work. This is new startup that recently spun out of a British university and just did a small seed funding of £1.35M. They seem to have developed a ReRAM based on SiOx and we are checking if they violate any of our patents.Note that they are many years behind us at this point and have a long way to go.
