    Yes, we first noticed these guys about a year ago:

    As of then they had scaled to 50nm with no talk of the size of their array, so quite possibly they were still working with single cells. This put them at least 4 years behind WBT at that time:

    Coby was asked at the time about whether there was any patent infringement, and said they were looking into it. I haven't heard anything further, so I'm guessing the answer was no. I think Intrinsic may be working on a surface planar configuration whereby the oxygen depletion filament is across a surface layer of SIOx rather than vertically through (which was the breakthrough that WBT originally licensed from James Tour). If this is the case it will probably limit their scalability relative to WBT.

    However, I would be surprised if they get that far. With the size of their workforce (stated as 4 in your link) they must be moving much slower than WBT was back back in 2018 (when they demonstrated their 1st 1 Mb array). Perhaps they will shift into a higher gear now, but WBT's first mover advantage (okay 2nd behind TSMC) would seem unassailable.
