this is what I have pieced together ....
the IP module ( internet protocol module which is an exisiting product under licence of manufacture) needs to be updated in / to the 'Skywater library.'
I believe it was in the library with a 'memory' within the product IP description and specification of operation but this is obviously not a resistive memory so any new product with resistive memory would be without requisite patent attachments if the additional work on updating was not carried out.
I did receive an email reply from the boss on the issue and the progress -he could obviously not go into details but did assure me the team has never worked harder to 'close these deals'
not really nailing it down but the best I can do barney108 if that helps.
