It has been already 3 months when Coby first discussed the IP issue when he was here for retail investor presentation. One thing I'm still sceptical about whether the Skywater had the patent what customer already asked for or are they trying to file the patent now. Another thing is that Coby mentioned that we should have customer on board by now but the revenue will be small (don't know what that means, 200K or million or millions).

If the revenue is minuscule and sighing of customer takes > 6 months then shorters will have upper hand as MUFG now holding >9M for shorting and probably another million shares by someone else. As soon customer news news comes out they will dump another few million shares as they did exactly last time when last few market sensitive announcements were made. We need a series of announcements to wipe them out.
