I couldn’t even image the minefield of information that needs to be crossed checked on those contract ! Just going through construction contracts in my field and the JSA’s were a nightmare just before I retired. I know how important it would be to check and cross check and check over and over again for any loopholes, worst part is signing and all the while thinking “have I covered everything” thanks for all the time you put into your informed post even though some go right over my head
