I wonder what provisions the FD-SOI alliance has in place in regards to their FD-SOI IP, Globalfoundries are progressing Ream and STMicroelectronics are progressing PCM. STM were looking into Reram back in 2014, I would think they're still very interested. The author of that 2014 article is still working for STMicroelectronics in Crolles, where GF and STM hope to be in mass production at the new FD-SOI facility by 2026.

So it looks like Apple are not only the benchmark but are also the advocates in an entire corporate renewable shift.
No wonder Coby and crew were popping the champagne when apple threw ReRAM into their phones, sheeeesh talk about validation.
