Your detailed response is much appreciated. Im constantly doing my DD in the companies I invest in while also doing my research on the macroeconomic backdrop (as i don't have a background in this field and am relatively new to the markets). I'm a keen learner and always like to hear different points of view in these situations to gain a better understanding of the situation and how people are thinking. It is interesting to see people's psychology in regards to current market environment. Also, I like hearing the opinions of those who may be older than me who have been through these rougher times previously.
I'm currently in 6 companies - 4 renewables and 2 disruptive tech, and I think I will hold these through. Fortunately for me I have a time horizon that I can stretch out to 20-30yrs if needed but ideally I have a 10-12yr time horizon right now. I will continue to do my DD and follow the economic backdrop closely.
