Being a holder of Weebit myself please don't shoot me when I say this. Endurance of 100,000 rewrites is not that great I'm my opinion when you have flash rated at 10,000 rewrites and DRam at almost unlimited rewrites. Provided that the purpose of this memory is mostly used for reading or minimal rewrites I don't see much of an issue. For products like phones etc which consumers replace every two years or so I don't see any issues here. It's low energy consumption would work great for medical implants like pacemakers because there's minimal rewrites and mostly reading. Also because it's rad-hard rated you could get an x-ray without any worries of disturbing the pacemaker.
