Did you actually read the article??
It talks about scaling back up to 40nm, the OLD is fundamentally left to 1000 p/e cycles and it still doesn't exist yet. Its a road map to it. I'm not doubting it can or will be made, I'm doubting you even read the article, or even know what reram is capable of doing.
