What do you think that ARL are supposed to be doing.

BTW I have phoned ARL twice to try and get some valuation of the remaining assets for my pension deeming statement and have received no reply .This does not bode well for any substantial return, or perhaps no return at all based on the mounting expenses , no doubt charged at an hourly rate be GAWD know how many consulting groups .IS it not the height of irony that one of the former Directors of our so called saviours CASCAP has decided to put aside his difference with WC in order to get his share of the spoils.

BTW# I was at one time in contact with a group who were well qualified and prepared to wind up the fund for a SET FEE of about one precent of the assets plus a performance fee, This group would have worked in close consultation and co operation with an investor advisory group and the largest investors . This initiative was ignored by certain people who should have known better .
