Met work is the simple answer for both. Esperance region has a cloud of uncertainty over it currently due to concerns with met work results, will have to wait for met results from different companies to continue coming in before sentiment returns IMO. I haven't looked at SUM at all but if I was to field a guess as to why the SP rise didn't stick its probably something to do with met work concerns also.
