Not sure if anyone mentioned in the previous posts, (I waded through them all at once so it's a bit of a blur), but... re: BG's involvement in the buying or not....
Wouldn't the fact that the WCL acquisition is possibly conditional on approval from the Foreign Investment Review Board point to the fact that BG are involved?
That was just my initial thought when I first read the announcement... or else surely an acquisiton by Westside only wouldn't require that FIRB approval?
