With what's going on it could be another big player.
BG, with its London Parents, can sometime be slow to bid. I used to work for BP. Procedures old chap. AJL knocked them over two weeks ago. That would have hurt the local BG Manager. They wont let that happen again. I would pick BG.

WCL Management are pretty savy too and clearly have excellent expansion ambitions. I was very impressed with their latest scheme. Bigger than I ever thought possible.
