I would think that Petro being a 19.9% shareholder in LNG it could be construed to be somewhat misleading if LNG were to disclaim involvement, but yet Petro is making the bid. Especially if LNG lobs an initial bid and then Petro were to lob a lower offer I would think you may be on the edges of what is allowed under a takeover.
