    Hi all,

    Firstly sorry for the very uneducated question im about to ask.

    Have just come across WCN and am starting to do research on it, im wondering how the options work as I can see a $0.015 exercise price Feb 2024

    Using commsec you can buy an option for 0.022c

    Can anyone explain how this would work exactly for WCNOE specifically? I have been trying to understand options, however there's really no simple examples. My understanding is you can exercise these options before Feb 2024 at 0.015c so given we are currently trading at 4c that makes no sense to me, why would you just exercise immediately? i have obviously got it completely wrong and would appreciate someone setting me straight.
