You would probably be best to sell the options, as opposed to exercise then sell. Look at close yesterday: options 1.4c and shares are 2.6c, and although you didn't buy the options yesterday, it would make the real cost of exercise and sell....2.9c (1.5c exercise price). Things may change but the 2024 date means there's a time value in there.
