maybe they are always sitting there with 37.7 million shares @ 0.4 because someone is aware that wcp recources has 37,500,125 shares and they are wanting to sell. under the carpet deals?
the paxo options that built up at 0.1 on the first day of trading seemed to be aware that 50 million options were going to be sold down and they waited patiently for it - they got them all in the end and it seemed very organised. it has been so illiquid since that first day.
