EV of $69m is based on share price 25c and after options issued and shares out of escrow. Its still low IMO.

Traders may be or are wary of these shares coming on market short term but I think they will snapped up by North American investors. Cananccord Adams who is handling TSX V listing is a top stockbroker in North America. The number of shares out on issue will improve market liquidity.

There are lots of takeover rumours out there now - Cameco & Paladin, Denison, etc. Also, rumours of project re-rating for AGS, WCU.

WCU is just a holding company for ASX investors IMO. In time the TSX V will assume dominance for all shareholders IMO.
