with these options expiring in jan 2010, they should carry at least a 3-5c premium. That is :share price - 25c + 3 to 5c,because they are so far from expiry and considering the potential drilling they will be doing.

So at the end of the day today, share price 35.5c - 25c=10.5c. That is only a .5c premium for the options. Still a bargain.should be at least 3c being very conservative. I reckon 5c is about right considering they said drilling can commence immediately after U permit received.

That is of course assuming the permit is approved.
