If it goes below this, its a reasonable buy. Just a superb company and why shouldn't it be at a premium to its peers. Better assets, better managed and ruthless as hell! I hope they snap up some Centro shopping centres dirt cheap and put some Westfield management in place and run it the Westfield way!
