sgi, was just going over posts and noticed that i typed in mix instead of mif - i had a look at mif and they do exist and seems they are practically in run-off mode - mif have run a fair bit now after change in manager.
iif look strong and coud still be ok and ing are reasonable managers they have another listed fund also which i am not real familiar with
ara are another which give a bit of exposure to property and havent run much plus some cash backing
