    I have months ago stated here that WDC is way overpriced given all of the above plus its BS on its capitalisation rates and its BS on its gearing, which is very close to running at 50%..and over 50% if you believe the cap rates really should be higher.

    This stock is going to tank to the single digits real soon and it wont take no prisoners. Its also industry knowledge that the sell side brokers get a lot of pressure from this company so be careful on what you read.
