Yep..you have done reletively well holding the stock (even while you have lost)..but the buyer demand has been mislead.

Take a look at what has happened to GPT over the past few days. Did you read the back page of the Fin today? How GPT had been misleading the market over its gearing?

They are not the only ones that have lied to its investors.

If you still think you are right and Im just a shorter who thinks i can move the price...pleasssseeee...read the balance sheet..

Divide these numbers..

total liabilites into total assets..what do you get????

Is it 32.9%?....no?..its higher right? Well how about that.

And do you actually know what the gearing covernants are? Pleassee..its not 65%..that figure is only the covenants on their bonds..which represents only 30% of their total liabilities..the other 70% no one knows becuase WDC havnt disclosed.

Buts thats ok..you keep your long term buy on them
