To be frank, I don't see how being entrepreneurial or ambitious and being willing to engage in tax evasion schemes are mutually exclusive. If anything, they might tend to coexist.

Until further developments are made public, none of us can speculate on whether the Lowy family is guilty of any wrongdoing in this instance, but it would be naive to assume that "humble beginnings" equates to "pure of heart".
