I hope I'm wrong too, I just always keep my expectations on the conservative side so I'm not disappointed. I wouldn't get too worried about the pre-dfs trade, I'd be more focused on what happens after it for a couple weeks as that will tell whether it meets the markets expectations or not.

Personally I tend to agree with some other posters that PEN has things lined up so that there can be a period of strong flow helping consolidate the DFS and get the next issue of shares at higher price.

Everything is shaping up well for us long term holders that are sitting tight through til production and beyond. Aside from a frustrating delay in DFS, tragic Fukushima & in general rough market conditions PEN is moving ahead brilliantly in my opinion.
