Sorry if I may offend You, however I think You're Dreaming. Shares traditionally drift down in anticipation of any Placements and sometimes this may well be caused by 'in the know' people setting things up to obtain as many Shares as possible in any Placement.
Looks like onward and upward for THR now that they have a restructured Board who may well know where to find the Funds for Molyhil, after all why else would WDR have paid BTV 20 Cents per THR Share. Smoke Signals !
