Ha Qatar are not thinking about preserving their reserves they will be trying to rely on volume not price to maintain income by increasing demand from cheaper prices. Not preserving a resource base is a dangerous end game.
Opec might have some thing to say say about that.
Any way volume not price may have to be the strategy for all oilers to stay a player in the energy sphere.
