Someone help me. Im stupid.
Soooooooooooo WDS drops yet another egg (dinosaur size) today. It is the 11th of August.
The announcement said : "As a result WDS now expects to report........ a statutory NPAT for the year ended 30 June 2015 of $27 - $28m. http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20150811/pdf/430f6b3y7rltsm.pdf
How is it again that they can do this 6 weeks after the 2015 financial year closed off ? Is this Board / management setting themselves up for bonuses / a hearty well done for FY 2016 by having a second large bite at horrible news for FY 2015 ? There must be a few corporate governance issues around this - or am I wrong ?
