Doubtful if either WDS or STO management has much to offer the new entity, if and when created by a merger of sorts. That said, STO may be outperforming WDS of late, need to check comparative sp's. WDS sp sliding significantly of late, with the overall market reaching new historical highs several times quite recently.
WDS still burdened by the moribund Board, unable to wean off all that green woke obsession, nothing for the retail holders to show for it, on the contrary, a declining business, and the market is pricing in a period of underperformance, reducing dividends, and perhaps WDS transition to a mere utility type stock ie a response to the TLS type status.
