We do not need complex high-tech solutions when we have simpler tech solutions with local supply.
We can't even build apartments which are not tofu, roads without potholes, houses that don't crack, tunnels that don't leak, desal plants withoyt cracks. We trust we can build a nuclear power plant that will last. The snow hydro 2.0 still isn't finished.
Enough said about our capabilities and private enterprises which build our infrastructure.
