Woodside Energy has begun preparations to safely restart the Pluto LNG facility in Western Australia. The facility was temporarily shut down due to a fault in the control system, but preparations for the restart started on Tuesday The Pluto LNG facility, located on the Burrup Peninsula, has a capacity of 4.9 million metric tons per year and processes gas from the Pluto and Xena gas fields offshore Western Australia
