I think price could end up sub-18. I don't think it is a T/O target due unlikely to get FIRB approval. Most likely impact on share price is continued low oil / gas price. Morgan Stanley has lowered its Brent forecast to between $62.5 and $65 per barrel for the remainder of the year.
