Two critical points converge at this level: the April 4th Trump slump candle and a secondary downtrend line. A close above the line is a first step at a change in direction; however, today's gap is unfortunate. Yesterday's can slide; however, I doubt they'll give today's one a pass.
Moving averages pinching if this price holds.
A close above the high $23 level would constitute a break of the multiyear downtrend.
